Nip+Fab Hyaluronic Fix Body Gel

What’s your favorite body moisturizer like? For me those were always thick and heavy lotions and body butters and I even go a bit further to say that the thicker and creamier, the better.

Nip+Fab Hyaluronic Fix Body Gel is definitely nothing like some of my favorite body care products, mainly because it’s a gel, not a cream or lotion. It smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling as soft and smooth as silk.

Ingredients include: Glycerin:  Attracts moisture from the atmosphere into the skin to keep the skin moisturized & nourished.  Helps improve & protect dry skin. Hyaluronic Acid:  Helps to maintain moisturized & firm skin by improving cell cohesion & collagen synthesis.Vitamin E:  A powerful antioxidant, helps protect the cells + extra cellular matrix against free radical damage. Aloe Vera:  Enhances the activity of skin cells, soothes, calms & is an anti-inflammatory.”

Why I love it:

-The scent is incredible. It’s one of those scents that really reminds me of a product I’ve used in the past, but I can’t quite put my finger on it. It’s sort of a vanilla, coconut and floral scent mix. It’s very delicate and subtle
-It’s a smoothing and slightly plumping product that feels great on my skin especially right after shaving or waxing my legs.
– It has a bit of a cooling effect on the skin, which also makes it one of my favorite products to use post my after-workout shower.
-The gel texture blends very nicely on the skin and leaves it feeling extremely smooth and very nicely moisturized. The smoothing effect sort of makes it feel a bit similar to a makeup primer, but without that waxy, silicone-like feel. It’s really a bit difficult to explain, but the bottom line is, Hyaluronic Fix leaves my skin feeling very smooth and soft.

What I don’t love:

-Honestly the only downside to this body gel is that when applying too much product, it can feel a bit tacky on the skin and takes a while to absorb. After a few minutes the “stickiness” of the product disappears and skin is left feeling smooth and soft. This only happens when too much product is applied though, so as long as you don’t apply too much of this gel to your skin, you’re good to go.

I seriously fall in love with Nip+Fab more and more, each time I try one of their products. The Hyaluronic Fix is definitely a unique body care product. I don’t think I’ve ever used a gel that’s specifically designed as a moisturizer. Usually when I reach for gel products they’re of firming and/or slimming nature. I’m definitely loving this gel.
