Fresh Soy Face Cleanser
From cleansers to serums and moisturizers, I definitely get very excited about discovering new and interesting skincare products.
Since I wash my face about three times a day (in the morning, after I get home from work and after my daily workout) I love to have a few cleansers to use in rotation. My new favorite is Fresh Soy Cleanser.
“Soy Face Cleanser for all skin types is an extra-gentle gel cleanser that instantly whisks away everyday impurities and makeup-even mascara-without stripping the skin of essential moisture. The multi-tasking formula also works to tone, soothe, and soften the skin for a radiant, healthy-looking complexion.”
Even though I don’t usually use face cleansers to remove makeup, whenever I do try a new cleaner I like to put it to the test and see how good it is at removing foundation and mascara. This Soy Face Cleanser passed the test with flying colors. I didn’t have to do my usual double-cleanse, that’s how great this cleanser is at removing all traces of makeup. I didn’t need to use a ridiculous amount of the product to wash off my makeup and I didn’t need to use a washcloth. Just a splash of water and a small amount of the cleanser massaged into my skin removed all my makeup.
I also love the very delicate cucumber scent that this cleanser has, it’s very calming, refreshing and soothing. Cleansing my face at night really feels like a dream. The texture of this cleanser is a bit unusual. It’s gel-like, and it doesn’t exactly foam, but it turns into a milky, creamy texture that feels just like silk or oil on the skin. It rinses clean with no residue left behind. This cleanser is very gentle, non-drying and leaves my skin feeling very comfortable and soft.
At $38.00 Fresh Soy Face Cleanser is definitely a bit on the pricey side, but all I really need is a dime-size amount to cleanse my entire face, so I know that it will last me for a while. Even though I can comfortably use this cleanser around my eyes with no irritation, I wouldn’t recommend this to someone with extremely-sensitive skin and/or eyes, because this product does contain fragrance which can sometimes be irritating.

August 25, 2015 at 10:30 amThis is one of my favorite cleansers! I always try to get samples of it when it’s an option at Sephora. So far I haven’t had to buy the full size yet, but I think a purchase may be on the cards once I run out of the samples.

August 27, 2015 at 11:29 amSephora samples are the best, aren’t they? They’re usually so generous with them!

August 25, 2015 at 2:13 pmI love the lip balms by this company so I would be tempted to try this. Honestly though, I love the Garnier oil so much that I will probably just stick with that for a long time.

August 25, 2015 at 4:53 pmThis sounds lovely! I’ve never tried any Fresh products before but they always seem to get great reviews! I think this cleanser appeals to me more than the lip products!

August 26, 2015 at 5:12 amMaybe to wash your face 3 times a day is too much, so the important thing is to choose delicate products! These seem to be so.
Great review!
